Re: That Chip is Magnetic
In Response To: That Chip is Magnetic ()

This chip serves as a good example of the problems authors experience anticipating price trends in reference catalogs.

This chip which just sold on ebay for $1,825 was given an estimated value of $700-$800 in my 2003 catalog ... which was almost double in value over the previous catalog listing in 2001 of $400-$450.

The estimated value in my current 2004 catalog for this chip is $1200-$1400 (of which no one has a copy yet ... as I'm just picking up the pages from the printer later today)... is double last year's estimated value.

As the saying goes ... "buy the book before the chip"... grin
