I don't think too many chippers are going to send you $1 chips at face and pay the postage both ways when they can just send money for 37 cents. Most $1 chips sell for $2-$2.50 because the owner has an investment of time, gasoline & "time value of money" in their chips. They will trade at face because they know the other trader also has these expenses. Since you are selling at "retail" and requesting chips at "wholesale" (and expecting the trader to pay your postage and insurance also), I think most will opt out.
