If it's a "rare" card I wouldn't do anything to it.

Otherwise, I would use mild soap (dish soap) and water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

I wouldn't put the card in a sleeve for a day or two after the washing to make sure the card is dry.

The last thing I would want is a moldy card in my collection.
