It is my understanding at the present time. That casino gambling(gaming) is illegal in all of Texas. And for the for see able future; at present. But!!!! things could change. The indians mainly are fighting this. There is a ship that goes out into the Gulf of Mexico. But no gambling of any type. Starts until it is outside territoral waters. And stops before it gets back into territoral waters. And it is my understanding that it is not really that popular. There has been 1 or 2 ships in the past that has tried this and failed. How long this one will last, remains to be seen.
