() One simple answer would revolve around a United States Supreme Court case. It is well known as "F**k THe Draft". A man was arrested for wearing a jacket that said "F--- The Draft" in a U.S. courthouse. The authorities argued that he could have made his anti-draft statement without the use of a profanityt, particularly with regard to wearing it in a courthouse. The United States Supreme Court (which is Constitutionally on par with all of Congress and/or The President Of The United States) ruled that the only way the defendant would make his point was to use a profanity.
The F&^* word has been Constitutionally declared as having an important meaning.
This (for once) is not just one man's opinion. It is the opinion of The United States Of America.
