I looked at some of them, you never know if someone will save you. You didn't look out of line on the chips I viewed.

I bid on an old Gameboy, first model, thinking it was a Gameboy Color. All over eBay they were selling for less. Someone must have thought I knew something (ha!) and outbid me. Whew!

I think you can retract the bid without problems. If someone outbids you, then it doesn't matter. Unless of course you didn't bid only $9.99 for them, in which case, retract, retract.
