On Mapquest, eastbound Twain Ave ends near I15 at the newly opened Frank Sinatra Ave. I wonder what location on the Strip they are considering? If you extend Twain, you get an intersection somewhere between Sands and Flamingo, which is about where Harrahs or Imperial Palace is now.
