If you want to make your own chips then do it. There are companies that you can farm out this job to (see below). It has nothing to do with "counterfeiting." You obviously see a niche in the market that needs filling. There are others on this board, other than the naysayers, who have a wealth of knowledge on the composition of various chips. I'ts no secret that Paulson uses a clay composite mixed with lead dust to achieve the desired weight and feel of their chip. Other companies use metal inserts combined with a plastic mold injection formula. There is a company in Nevada called Trip Plastics that may answer some of the "carefully guarded secrets" you seek. Look them up and give 'em a call. Good luck!!!
