No matter how long you collect, you never see it all.

I just picked up this BPOE from Freehold, NJ. The front is a generic elk chip. I have never seen a BPOE use a generic elk before. Secoindly the reverse is an inlay I have never seen before. I think this is a Burt chip. Maybe Jim Blanchard might recognize it??

There's always something new to find.
