Tokens aren't delivered from the mint in rolls. Even if you got 10 or 20 coins in a paper wrapper, you would have no way of knowing how many times they had been played.

However, I don't think Greg asked for unopened rolls in his post. UNC is uncirculated, which you can only imply by looking at each token. When I go after new tokens for my collection, I buy a rack and retire to a slant/top machine to sort them out. The rest go back to the cage. Sometimes you can ask for uncirculated tokens at the cage, and if you ask nicely, they will find a rack that's never been in play. I've had this happen even 6-8 months after a rack change, particularly with the larger $25 or $100 denominations. Doesn't hurt to ask.
