Ellen, unfortunately I don't use AOL anymore (not since I quit working there in 1995) so I don't know anything about their new mail system. In Outlook Express I go to Tools/Options/Signatures, click on Use Signatures in Outgoing email, type your message in the box and click OK.

In AOL do a Keyword search on Sig File, or Signature File, or Mail Help. You can also go to the Tech-Live area and ask them directly.

Till you get the info, you can type it in by hand, or copy and paste it from a saved notepad. Just open Notepad, type in the sig file you want to use, then save. Now before you send mail, bring up the saved notepad, copy, type your email to your recipient, then paste your message.
