A couple of things... make sure you get good quality pages. You'll find that putting them in pages the first time is no problem and they stay in there pretty well. But certain brands stretch very quickly. So the first time you pull them out to reorganize the chips will start sliding out of the pages. One of the better brands - and a little more expensive - is Cowens.

As for a binder. I had looked at having custom binders made. It did not turn out to be too expensive if you made them in quantity. The trick was that the rings would support the page so it wouldn't sag if it wasn't completely filled. Of course storing it on its side is just as effective. I went to Office Depot and found some inexpensive nylon/canvas zippered binders in different colors (blue for AC, green for LV, etc).
