It seems like the damage covers too broad of an area to be a bad squirrel chaser. I also would have thought that killing a poor woman would have been enough to scare a kid who thought it was "fun". Unfortunately, this seems like psycho at work.

I hope they installed microphones with those cameras. It would be nice to see exactly what is in all 4 directions when you actually register the sound of a shot. Of course, if our creepo is using some sort of silencer, we're screwed.
