No one has got the ID on the JP T mold yet with the logo to match your dice.
I am going out on a limb and taking a wild and crazy guess.

I have a number of different chips delivered Mr Barnett including a JP harp mold.
The Jerome was IMO a mail drop for gaming supplies going into Al Capones illegal's in Cicero and other IN cities.
We'll see, but IMO you can take this ID to the bank.
