Casino City has had data problems in the past.

By law Commerce, Cameo Club, Jack's Club, Cabera Rec., Outlaws, Oaks, Kelly's, and Diamond Jim's are all CA Card Rooms the rules of which do not permit Roulette.

Casino Pauma, Chukchansi Gold, Lucky Bear, La Jolla Slot Arcade, Pit River, Konocti Vista and Alturas are all CA Indian Casinos that could have some form of Roulette that used somethig else other than a wheel to decide the winners such as cards. Some even use a wheel combined with cards.
Valley View is said to use a ball blower like Bingo, but I have not seen that system.

Casino Pauma uses card Roulette and has Roulette Chips as they were the first to use that system.

La Jolla Slot Arcade has only 30 regular slots.
Konocti Vista does not list roulette on its web site.

Another way that a CA Insdian Casino can offer Roulette is to offer a multiplayer slot machine version of the game, some of these actually have a wheel. But they quilify as a slot machine.
