The Negatives really bug me!!

I have always tried hard to be an honorable seller. I make sure my descriptions are never misleading, and describe exactly what the buyer will get. I offer a guarentee that the chips are exactly as described and even will return the shipping charges.

I package well, and charge a reasonable shipping charge ($1.75) and give discounts for multiple wins. I always give feedback to others, even if I dont get them myself. I always send a pesonal email to the seller and not just an ebay invoice. I address them politly and thanks them for buying from me. I try to treat people like I would like to be treated. And if the person isnt happy with wat they get from me I take it back. One the couple occasions that the buyer claims the chips didnt arrive, I have shipped out a replacemet at my own cost. I even bought a chip on ebay myself to use as a replacement for a chip that didn't arrive, and I paid a higher price then the chip I had sold.

So, now I have 3 negative feedbacks. The first two were retaliation feedbacks about 2 years ago from sellers that had sold a lot of casino matches, and they turned out to be hotel matches, and only two of the whole lot were from a casino and one from a holiday Inn in Nevada. He refused to return my money or switch the non casino matches for casino matches. He had a bunch of lots he was selling. The other was a lot of glasses and various casino items that the seller took months to get to me, and then she didnt use any packing, just tossed them in a priority box and shipped them. IShe had a very low starting bid and I was the only bidder. I won the whole lot for like 5.00. They arrived with all 6 glasses in little pieces and the blackjack book had the cd missing. She had lied again and again about when they were shipped, and then deliberately shipped it this way. I had paid for her to do the shipping priority with a signature required. She continually lied to me about it being shipped. When I emailed her about she was snide and said if i was foolish enough to want it, she'd be happy to refund my 5.00...but i would have to return the broken glasses to her at my own cost. She wouldnt refund my shipping of either the first shipping or the return shipping. Needless to say, I left a negative for this loser.

Anyway, those were the two prior negatives. I should have just started over with a new account back then.

But now I have 3. SO now I'm one of those sellers that has a bunch of negatives. I'm just wondering how many people are going to look at this and decide they'd be better off not to risk it...and not buy from me?
