There were at least two of those machines at the Frontier a year or so ago. At the time, I put a quarter in one and nothing happened. I put one in the other machine and got 4 back. Considering myself ahead, I walked away - fast, only to throw a lot more into some newere machines. I don't know if the machines are the actual ones in that photo, but they were similar and really looked old.
