Terry, the Original Club Forest was on Jefferson
Hywy in Jefferson Parish just inside the Parish
line from New Orleans. In 1943-45 it belonged to
Rudi and George O'Dwyer and they sold it to Arthur
Frank & Henry MILLS, Al SCHORLING & Carlos MARCELLO. At that time it was called the Club Forest. In 1946 they had a fire, they rebuilt the
Club and renamed it the Original Club Forest. It
lasted into the early 50's. It then became a rest-
aurant and is now an office building in the SHELL
OIL COMPLEX.
