Rough night tonight on eBay for bottom feeders

Yeah, I'm a "bottom feeder." Just a new collector trying to bump up my chip totals by bidding somewhat competitively on the lowest-priced chips each week on eBay, and I've had some reasonable success and a hell of a lot of fun (despite a few shipping/handling issues).

Tonight, sorting all current items by price in reverse order, starting with all the 0.01 newly-listed items through about 10 pages of items to the $1.50 range, it seems like 60% of the lots are either sets of 300 or 500 of the 11.5 gram casino quality home poker chip sets, table layouts, poker chip carousel holders, or other non-collectible-chip-related lots, followed by 25% or so made up of fantasy chip lots all over the place. The remaining 15% are actual casino-issued collectible chips, but many of them are very, very low starting bids on very, very rare chips which will hit the heights soon enough.

No complaints, just needed to rant - eBay needs to get another category for the chip sets, table layouts, etc. but eBay isn't well known for listening to customer feedback.

Still it's an incredibly enjoyable hobby!

Best,
WMD

Because you won't see many auctions without those?
