The winning bidder bid at least $305 on 11/20/03. Are you saying he wasn't showing up as the high bidder at between $249 and $300 BEFORE you bid? I'm assuming he was, and when your bid was posted, his proxy bid was automatically raised to $305. HOWEVER, 11/20/03 was STILL the date he originally bid. Therefore, when you look at the end results, it looks like his bid was made before you. Of course IT WAS, but it didn't show as $305 until you bid your $300.
