BJ's is ... grin

... owned by an Indian family. It is operated on Puyallup Reservation land. I do not know, but believe, it is not a tribal operation (thus not qualifying as an "Indian Casino"). In addition, it is a bingo parlor not a casino as defined under Washington laws (which are establishments operating various house banked card games and perhaps, slot type machines). The chips at BJ's are/were used for Speed Bingo as were the Puyallup Bingo (tribal) Chipcos.

Hope that clarifies it a little.
