Bill, I would not worry too much about a Neutral feedback on Ebay. I have gotten 8 Neutrals and all for no good reason at all. Remarks like: "postage charged was more than actual" and "envelope arrived torn but chip was undamaged" and all the rest of the 8 were for stupid unrelated things not connected with the actual item. I believe some buyers just get their jollies from giving neutral and negative feedbacks, nothing we can do about that, I guess!
