Fake Beanies = Federal Offense?
In Response To: Re: I BOUGHT HIM A BEER.. ()

Oh, a final note. Should a sailor decide he'd like to have these back for the $860 price paid, including the five with BIG BLACK F's (FOR FAKE) ON THEIR BUTTS, or some entity wants to see them all, I shall have to renege but will send the winner of this auction the NF Brown Teddy at no cost with shipping included. And do please check out my no-negative feedback for 1378 successful transactions and no sales or buys for penny items. Now, I am not so naive as to think there isn't someone out there who would love to sully this record but it doesn't matter. This is my last sale/buy on eBay. I'm retiring!

Which one of her, the one that won the auction after Drunkensailor blocked her other account from bidding, or her eBay store account. grin

There is a chip related issue here. Taisha (her real account name) has claimed and stated over and over that selling a fake Beanie is a Federal Offense. And by the way she reported DS to the Postal athorities for mail fraud as well. Fiesty little thing, isn't she?

If it's a Federal Offense and mail fraud to sell a fake Beanie (even though he clearly stated he didn't know and wasn't making any claims) What about selling a fake casino chip!

Don't tell me Beanie's are protected and casino chips are not... vbg
