The decals come in a big roll.
A lady sits and hand sticks the decals on, one at a time. No kidding.

Take an exacto knife, a $1 chip, and a $5 chip and in a matter of seconds you can make 2 error chips. $1 and $5 each side.

BJ can actually print on chips with the wide full graphic inlays but will only do it on orders of 3,000 chips or less. The machine that prints on the inlays spits out a very large amount of mistakes and wide color variances.
I have watched both of these types of chips being run.
