I see the size difference of the designs on the USPC and Burt chips. The art is not only smaller it is slightly different on your chips and mine. The variance of shape of the tail on the "Y" on your chips is what I noticed the most. I know USPC made chips for clubs as well as generic chips for home use. Did Burt make chips for home use too, or do you think the H&C was used in some unknown casino? Perhaps, as a roulette.
