This is auction is for 1000 real casino poker chips. These are from the Winner's Circle Casino in Santa Rosa, California.

After that you might need to wear boots. grin

That is unless CA has made some new law requiring destruction of old chips, because that's what he claims.

Real chips, opening bid is 89c each, nice for an optomist, but he's not likely to get that much. $1, $5 and $20 chips.

Book value is (I mean WAS) $3 for the $1 chip, $8 for the $5 chip, I'll assume $20+ for the $20 chip.

Now I'd guess about $3 a chip book, higher for the $20 and if someone buys the 1,000 they will be sitting on them for the next 20 years.

Where did the rest of this rack go?
