Kaplan's Obsolete Nevada $1 RR #5 to Charles Davis. Heading out by insured Priority Mail tomorrow. The RR was sent home for a tune-up. Several recently obsolete chips were replaced because there were reports that they are still being used on the tables mixed in with newer racks.
