Sounds like Wisconsin where maybe four casinos are near something larger than a gas station.

First chips came out and almost as soon they announced that there would be a design change. Rumor was the name "and Bingo" was going to be dropped, but it wasn't.

Old have the larger word "CASINO" and black numbers.

The fact that they disappeared and re-appeared is nothing unusual around here. I'd guess that it means the set is wearing down and they needed to fill in, so they used the old ones.

Without the casino, most people from WI don't know where Bowler is and have never been there.

All of my experiences at the small WI casinos have been good and they are friendly. It might be the jovial bald guy look or something... LOL
