arrows at the top or bottom of the page?

Someone else complained of the same thing and when I visited the site, I noticed that the navigation arrow at the top of the page did not work. I will try again, could you do the same?

Also, if you notice, in the URL there is a page number at the end. Try changing it to another value. There are currently four pages there. They are 0 - 3. The most current entries are at "0", while page four ("3") has the earlier posted items.
