Slobs and inconsiderate people aren't confined to the group of adults in this county who are still smoking. I don't pitch butts out the window of my car while driving, much less empty the tray on the street. I did have the back door to my business blocked by a double bed mattress when I went to load up the dumpster for tomorrow morning's trash pickup. ...I'd rather have a jerk dump his tray outside my back door than make me pay to have his mattress hauled away. My dumpster is a small one, two yards, the mattress wouldn't fit in it if I had nothing else to throw away. I have a lock bar on the dumpster because people used to fill it with their household trash and building debris instead of hauling it to the dump themselves or paying for scheduled pickup at their location. Somebody else will pay for it has become a way of life for way too many people.

...I really, really wonder why some people don't treat others like they'd want to be treated.
