Doubtful. Horseshoe is one word. I don't know of any Ided chips from the Horseshoe on Madison Ave. As far as I know they only had a race/sports book.

There is a different font cord mold HSC IDed to Hot Springs Club in Arkansas. But it is not in Wayne Threadgill's latest book, so that may be a bad ID. Maybe one of the Hot Springs collectors can tell you more.
