I saw this was not a link to the paypal but rather an email response where the info would be submitted. Red flags went up right there and then.

I then went to the Paypay site and saw absolutely nothing there about it, so I ignored the whole thing. I would never put anything into an email. It seemed way too obvious. If it was legit, it would have linked me to the right to the Paypal site, and thats where the information would have been entered and submitted.

When in doubt...contact Paypal through their website and check it out.
