"Pit" card that Coast Casinos are now using. It is all white and has the individual logo of the issuing casino. The alligator for The Orleans, the sunburst for the Suncoast and I am not sure of the Barbary Coast and Goild Coast.

The card that I have scanned and posted is not a "pit" card.

It is used in the bowling alley as an ID card for league players.
