The El Cortez is on Fremont Street about a block from the Fremont Street Experience. It's one of the older hotels and not in the very best of areas but it's not a bad place to play. Lots of slots and the table games offer lower minimums. The food is reasonable and tasty. Roberta's Cafe in the hotel is nice.
