I have had two of these without the ribbon and paper and box. I paid $15 for one that looked like it had been dropped and had a flat spot on it. The other I paid $30 dollars and it did not have the box or paper. I saw a couple of complete one like yours at the convention and they were asking $75 to $125 for them. Should make a good trader. But as your paper states "only" 5000 made!
I am sure they were presented to their high rollers.
