Couldn't guess at the date, Don. Saito's Chip Chat #24 shows a similar mb without the hearth and only the legend "The Fireside Inn". Doubt there was more than one Fireside in Ely despite the addresses, not enough spare time to fire up Delorme's Street Atlas but I'll bet Murry St (Mark E.) and St. Road 1 are the same. "On The Strip" works as The Fireside Inn is still there, on the highway at the north end of town. Nice looking motel and seperate resturant that I'd guess was where the chips were in play.
