I am switching to Comcast next week when I move. When talking to several customer service types at Comcast they all said that they personally had never had a connection problem and all were unaware of Comcasts horrible reputation. The only reason I am going with them is that they have a package deal where if you switch from satellite they give you a $35 per month discount so I am basically geting my internet service for free for 16 months. I have been with Bellsouth DSL for over a year and have never had an outage.
