The Deadwood BPOEs (lodge #508) weer made by the US Playing Card Company. I would estimate the chips were made in the 1930's. They are the only crest and seals from Deadwood that I know of.
I don't think any Deadwood collectors own one. (which I consider a big whole in their collection). Travis Lewin has one, I think I traded one to someone else. Other than those two people and myself, I don't know of anyone else that has it.
Two or three years ago I met a Deadwood collector at the convention. I think he has even written a book(s) on Deadwood chips. I mentioned that I thought I had a Deadwood chip that he needed. He said he would give me his whole collection if that were the case. Luckily, I'm a nice guy.
