I read the link you provided and was surprised that that was actually his real name. I thought it was probably one of those "Rock Hudson" deals; it's just too good.

But I can't add this chip to my collection just on the grounds of some generic horse association in one of his pictures. IT HAS TO BE DERBY - not just horse - to qualify (LOL). I'm wondering if he was ever one of the big celebrities Derby attendees around here like Rick Pitino, Muhammad Ali, Clark Gable, etc.

I'll think of something. Maybe he and Spencer Tracy were bettting with Bugsy Segal or something juicy like that. I'll guarantee you Bogie wasn't just playing it straight nine-to-five.
