Cybercasinos aren't the only ones to watch out for

From this week's "CasinoWire"..................

Leo Waters played a slot machine at Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Iowa and hit a $10,000 jackpot - but never saw the money.

Prairie Meadows refuses to pay Waters, claiming he had been a "troublesome" customer in the past and had been barred from the casino at the time of
his win. Waters is suing, and the outcome of the case will be interesting.

Is it OK for a casino to ban a player but still let him in the door to lose, but not win? And should the casino really get to decide what to do with all the withheld jackpot money? (Prairie Meadows had withheld 34 jackpots worth $94,111 from barred customers over the past 15 months.)
