Chris and I discussed this issue this morning as I drove her to her job as a Labor Lawyer. We agree that disclosure is important and that it is not an option.

I have taken a second look at my UNWARPED chips and believe that all things being equal, if and when, we sell any of them I will certainly include a statement in a new category on my sale

DISCLOSURE:

This chip was warped and has been treated to return it to its original state.

As a matter of fact, I believe that all of my future chip listings on JACKPOT or EBAY will now have a DISCLOSURE line that will say: NONE NECESSARY if none is necessary, or have an actual disclosure. I like that idea and would suggest it to anybody selling chips!
