Here's what Chuck is talking about along with the reverse of the blue version of this chip. My notes state that all known versions of the red chip have grind marks on them. That is what Steve McLendon told me at the Reno show last year when I bought it to go with the blue Gold Nugget Club I'd gotten from him on eBay. Just noticed that whatever was obliterated from the red couldn't have been "P (diamond) M" as on the blue chip as the hotstamp doesnt show a similar shape does it? It's a Sacromento club BTW and Mel and Armin's book doesn't provide a P M translation.
