If you are of retirement age - or have parents passed retirement- you might explore a so-called "Life Care Facility".
I have been here at John Knox Village in Pompano Beach for over 15 years. I don't need any
"care" - I play golf, fish, go out on the off-shore casino boats, take trips -- lead an active life.--BUT I am here - guaranteed lifetime care
including Assisted Living Facilities; a Full Nursing Home with an Alzheimer's Unit - all at the same monthly Maintenance Fee. (Try the cost of a separate Nursing Facility for six months!)
