The real big expense in these foreign chips, are the shipping cost and the expense of payment required by some countries--specifically Russia. Sellers usually require payment by Western Union and chips are normally shipped via DLS.

Most on this board know that I am adverse to excess postage charges but in these cases, paying $10.00 to $13.00 for a $5.00 chip is not really too excessive with all things considered.
