There's a handful of vendors selling these chips on the web and eBay. That picture doesn't show it very well, but they aren't hat & cane mold. See the image below for a more detailed picture. Didn't find these listed on Mr. Eisenstadt's mold project page.

I've seen some Casino de Isthmus City fantasy chips being offered on this mold. Perhaps we will see some other fantasy chips "copied" using this mold. I'm curious where these are coming from.
