I have 5 different (but very similiar) $1.00 chips issued by the 4 Queens of late. All are white but with slightly different printing in the inset.

My simple question is, Why. Is it just for collecting purposes which I can't understand as they can't make that much profit on a $1.00 chip) or something else.
