I came across a some chips my wife had put in a bag at Tahoe some years ago and wonder if anyone can help me figure what they are worth. In searching the internet, they are a $25 orange Harvey's Tahoe N6452 and a $5 light blue Harvey's Tahoe N5149.

I'm told there's something called a TCR, but I don't have a copy or access.

And yes, it really is possible for someone to be this dumb about your hobby. Sorry. All help appreciated.
