Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez Ca. finally received the $500 and $1000 chips yesterday 9/2 and released them to the floor. Scans are below for your viewing pleasure. The new casino opened on the 18 th of August, and as of yesterday nothing is left standing of what was the 3 buildings that made up the "old " casino. New hotel and another parking structure will pop out of the ground where they were. Not much of what was the buildings was saved as buldozers and a fleet of dump trucks hauled away the remains. It was really something to see, not like you blow-em up in Las Vegas, but still a big deal for us out here on the central coast.
