I saw this just today in a bounced mail from (apparently) my account to Pete Rizzo. Pete had a full mailbox at the time (popular guy) and so the email bounced back to me.

I know it wasnt from me for a lot of reasons - not the least of which is that it was address than I normally use for Pete so I checked the header and saw that it was spoofed from a different mail server.

So be careful - even email that looks like it comes from trusted sources (family and friends) may not really be from them. If you are at all in doubt - DONT OPEN IT.

And everyone should make sure their virus checker is updated. This one is important because most virus checkers come with subscriptions of 6-12 months (depending on the software company). When you run out you may not be notified that you are not getting the downloads. Check within to see when the last time it was updated.
