Just read an article in the local paper about South Shore Lake Tahoe having bacteria in the water. Casinos closed some restaurants and used paper plates, etc. in other restaurants. People were told not to drink the water, however, it was deemed safe for bathing. The water problem apparently is under control and the restrictions have now been lifted.

Incidentally, was there a COTD for Lake Tahoe? Did I miss it somewhere in the post?
